Pigeon Art Workshops

We have had a lot of fun on InSet days and so have the teachers. There are lots of reasons for an Art InSet.  It’s a great way to start a new term, to fill in the gaps after an HMIE report, to make your staff a little braver and more confident. It is the most sociable type of training day where you get to try new things, relax and chat and go away with a term’s worth of new ideas.

We run hands-on, get-dirty sessions. The teachers get to do everything that we would ask children to do and like the children, you don’t have to be good at it to have a go. We don’t ask you to do any paperwork – we will do all of that for you. And at the end of it all, when you have cut and snipped, dyed and built and chatted and laughed we will tidy up and pack it all away for you. A perfect day.

Something else to think about- if you take a look at the ‘Corporate’ button at the top of the page, consider whether your own staff could work together to make something permanent and amazing to display in the school. It could go up in the staffroom – even better, it could be used to inspire the children.  They love to see what their teachers can do.
