About Us

Pigeon has settled in Scotland. After ten years of travelling from Aberdeen to the far north east of Scotland and all the way down to the south of England and back, from the 21st February 2011 the company will be based entirely in Aberdeen and will no longer be undertaking projects in England.

Briony Jenkins and the team at Pigeon first splashed paint in a classroom in 1999, and since then they’ve just got bolder and brighter.

“We work with children and with adults – schools and organisations.  We like the buzz of heads together making something amazing – we like to walk away leaving behind something that wasn’t there when we arrived.

Art is a great way to spend a day whatever your age. You don’t have to think you’re good at it, just roll up your sleeves, relax and let yourself go – children do it effortlessly and adults do it sometimes a little more slowly, but they do it.

If you want something for your school, large or small, take a look around the website and see if anything appeals.  We try to ring the changes with every project so yours will look different to what you see here but it will look just as good.

If you want something to get heads together in your organisation – same again – take a look around. It’s a fantastic way to break down a few office barriers and better still if you decide to have something created for your office space by your staff.

So, look, enjoy and get in touch.  You don’t have to know exactly what you want as we can help you to make a decision.”

We’ve also created a Flickr photostream showing hundreds of images from our workshops. See them here.
